A 2012 Toyota Tacoma with Bowen Customs Utility Bed and Four Wheel Camper

When we think of a complete Toyota Tacoma build, a couple come to mind and this is one of them. This truck was set up to go anywhere and everywhere and do it safely and comfortably. The customer came to us with a good head start o the build already, but had some additional needs as he planned to complete a major trip through South America. We took what he had started and finalized a couple things like, some reliable air resources for alternating tire pressures between pavement and rough roads. We added a snorkel to look out for some clean air concerns and maybe some water crossings down south. We also revisited some suspension needs to help the ride quality for this fully set up mid size rig. Below is a quick overview on some last minute trip prep items accompanied with a few photos of the rig itself. In the end, we love a rig smaller in size to access some tighter dirt roads and areas. All while being extremely capable and set up to live out of.
