We're a Carli shop.
American-made suspension, installed OCD-correctly. If you're spec'ing a Carli system, you want a shop that does this every week.
Carli Suspension
Premium suspension, engineered right.
Why Carli
American-made. Engineered to out-ride everything else.
Carli builds their suspension systems in California — not offshore, not from a catalog of off-the-shelf parts. Real geometry analysis, purpose-built shocks spec'd by Carli for each platform, matched shock-and-spring packages, and relentless attention to how the whole system rides on AND off pavement.
The result: a loaded F-250 or Ram 3500 that drives like a Caddy on the highway, holds together on washboard, and doesn't beat you up on the bad roads. Most customers come to Basil's for the off-road capability and end up loving the truck most in daily driving.
What we install
Every Carli system, every platform.
We install the full Carli lineup — Commuter to Dominator — on every supported platform.
If Carli builds it, we install it.
Pick your system tier.
Commuter 2.0
Entry-level. A big ride-quality upgrade at Carli's lower price point.
Pintop 2.5
Our most-installed system. 2.5" shocks — the all-rounder sweet spot.
Backcountry 2.5
Off-road-focused 2.5" system for customers who want capability without giving up daily comfort.
Dominator 3.0
Top-tier. 3" King-spec shocks built for heavily loaded trucks driven hard.
What's in every build
Front & rear, not just shocks.
Every Carli build we do includes a matched front package (coils, shocks, both steering stabilizers, torsion sway bar, radius arms or drops as needed), a rear package sized to your camper weight (HD / XHD / XXHD leaf springs, matching rear shocks, and 2,000 lb Carli long-travel airbags as our optional recommendation), a full caster/camber/toe alignment to Carli's spec, and torque paint on every fastener.
Platforms: Ford Super Duty (F-250, F-350) · Ram HD (2500, 3500) · Ford F-150. Super Duty builds with 37"+ tires also get a Carli Trophy Hitch so a full-size spare still fits under the bed.
Our Carli expertise
More Carli per month than most shops do per year.
A Carli install is a full front-and-rear package — not just a pair of shocks. It's coil springs, shocks, both steering stabilizers, a torsion sway bar, radius arms (or drop brackets on taller kits), extended brake lines, a matched leaf-spring pack sized to your camper weight, airbags for variable loads, matched rear shocks, and a full alignment at the end. Getting the right torque on every fastener, the leaf shackles right, airbag plumbing clean, and alignment dialed in — that's where shops that do one a month vs. one a week diverge.
The details that matter
Torque paint. OCD. Done right the first time.
Every bolt gets torqued to spec, then we mark it with torque-seal paint so there's no ambiguity about whether a fastener was touched. It's the kind of detail you might never see as a customer — until six months down the road when a bolt backs out on someone else's install and you're glad yours didn't.
We're OCD about this stuff. When you're spending Carli money, the install needs to match the product.
Good to know
We build the whole truck around Carli.
Most Carli customers aren't just doing suspension. They're adding a Buckstop bumper, heavier tires, a flatbed, a camper — and all of that changes how the Carli system rides. We build the whole truck with the Carli install in mind, not as a standalone job.

Start with a work request.
Tell us the truck, how you use it, and what you're trying to solve. We'll quote the right Carli system and any related work to do at the same time.
