Submit a request below, and we can get the process started. Repairs are performed on a first-come, first-serve basis and need to fit within our routine shop schedule.
We charge a non-refundable $150 diagnostic fee for an hour of inspecting your camper to identify any issues. This fee must be paid before scheduling an appointment and applies to all consultations for repairs or upgrades (excluding new camper sales).
We do not offer walk-in diagnostic work. Appointments are required.
All diagnostic work must be done in person; no over-the-phone or remote diagnostic work can be done.
Additional labor beyond the first hour is billed at our standard hourly rate. Please note that we cannot guarantee repairs will be completed within the initial hour, nor that additional work can be done on the same day.
