The process
How a Custom Build Works
01
Consultation. We sit down and talk through what you need. Your truck, your camper, how you travel, where you camp, how long you stay out. Basil draws from years of personal experience to recommend what actually works and what you can skip.
02
Design and quote. We put together a detailed build plan and quote. No surprises — you know exactly what's going in, what it costs, and how long it takes before we start.
03
Build. We do the work in our shop in Vista. Electrical, fabrication, installation — all in-house. If a component requires a specialist, we manage the vendor relationship for you.
04
Walkthrough & delivery. When it's done, we walk you through every system on your rig. You leave knowing exactly how everything works, where every switch is, and how to troubleshoot in the field.
