Why Headspace
The wagon and van answer to a pop-up camper.
Headspace isn't a truck-bed camper. It's a vehicle-specific roof conversion — we cut out a section of your factory roof, and replace it with a pop-top and canvas walls. Closed, the truck still looks OEM. Open, you're standing in a full-on pop-up camper with a massive sleeping area above.
That's a category most American camper brands don't touch. Go Fast Campers, Four Wheel Campers, AT Overland — all of them build for pickup beds. Headspace builds for the wagons: Ineos Grenadiers, 70-series Land Cruisers, Defenders, classic FJ60/FJ80 wagons. If you've ever shopped for a camper conversion on a Grenadier, a Troopy, or a Defender 110 in the US, you already know how thin the options get.

Headspace doesn't make a universal kit. Every conversion is engineered for a specific vehicle — the mounting, the cut line, the shell geometry, the canvas pattern. We can install any platform in their catalog; some are inbound on the first US container, others come in by special order. All prices below are Premium trim, product-only (USD).
